Today was yet another warm day that Fell was spending outside. His large frame was currently sprawled out on the perfectly cut lawn, soaking in the warm rays radiating from the sun. It was perfect weather to take a nap in, and thats exactly what the male intended to do.
The little girl that lived with him along with her parents had left five minutes ago. She had rushed out of the front yard, leaving the picket fence gate wide open. Naturally, Fell could easily take advantage of the open gate and leave the yard. There was no need to, he really didn't feel like roaming the streets at the moment. No, he was too busy enjoying the lazy day he was having. Under a forepaw was a chewed up rawhide that the little girl had given him before she left, which he had been chewing on till he got bored of it just seconds earlier.
Fell dropped his head onto the ground, laying flat on his side. His dark eyes looked at the open gate, watching lazily as two kids ran by. An ear flicked after a fly landed on it, causing the fly to take off once more to find some other place to rest.

King wandered over to Fell's home, happy that his people let him roam. He padded through the streets, beginning to pant in he heat. Finally, he reached his destination. He padded up to the fence and stuck his white furry muzzle through it. "Get out here, lazy." He rumbled playfully.

There was a sudden rumble, a voice ruining the silence that he had become accustomed to. Fell tilted his head, looking for the voice that interrupted his thoughts. A white shepherd stood outside the fence, poking his nose through the fence.
A small chuckle escaped Fell, but he made no move to get up. "Why should I?" He asked, dark eyes peering over at the white dog. Fell saw no reason to get up, at least not yet he didn't.

"Oh, Come on Fell. It's a perfectly good day for adventure." He thundered, entering the yard and sitting down next to the dog. Their human families were friends and often King was found at this house when his people went away on their many vacations. He nudged the brute a bit, his eye playful

Fell watched as the white dog entered the yard, listening as he tried encouraging the other male to get up. One of his ears twitched and tilted as he listened. "An adventure? No. Today is a good day for resting and relaxing.." Fell argued, a small grin curling onto his lips as he peered over at the other male.
The large male shifted as he was nudged, reaching out and nipping at King's paws playfully. "You're like a pup, I swear." Fell stated, rolling onto his belly before standing up.

He couldn't disagree. He could be mature if he wanted, but it was so unbearably boring.
He lept up, standing over the other dog. "It's part of my charm." he said playfully."You can relax any day. Come on! Both of our human families are gone and we are free!" He looked at Fell, wondering if maybe now he'd agree.

Fell’s dark eyes watched the white dog, never once looking away. If any other dog had hovered over Fell like King had, he would of flipped and took as it as a threat. There was no threat coming from King, though, and he knew the dog well. So, he remained completely relaxed as he listened to the other male continue talking away. ”Charm, is that what you call it?” He retorted, followed by a small bark of a laugh.
Once he was to his feet, the large hybrid stretched. Massive jaws parted, allowing a loud yawn to escape the male’s jaws. The large fluffy tail behind him gave a small sway as well. ”What kind of adventure, King?” He asked, finally taking his eyes off the white shepherd and looking around the yard. Fell didn’t know what sort of ideas were bubbling around in the other dogs head, but it was sure to be interesting either way.
