Xorne prefers a life without much commitment or the need to stay in one area for too long. The only thing he will commit to is the Evergreen Forest Pack. Even though he prefers to roam from place to place, he makes sure he stays loyal to his friend, Darthyn, and because of that he is a respected member of his pack. Xorne isn't extremely respectful to most dogs, unless they have earned it. Or unless he's after something. He's very charming and handsome and he knows it, taking full advantage of his power over females. Hey, good girls LOVE a bad boy, don't they?

Leilani is a gentle dog, loving and caring. She has a heart of gold, but her mind is as sharp as her claws. She is usually the plan-maker, the spy and the brains behind the pack. She knows she's not strong or a good fighter, but she also knows how to play to her strengths: cunning and outwitting her opponent. She's good at planning attacks and quite good at carrying them out, which earned her the pack's respect. (You can decide how she joined the pack)

Laz is a very ambitious young dog. He is intelligent and loyal, and his greatest wish is to be able to lead his pack some day. Since he is a relatively young dog, he is energetic and extremely dedicated to the pack. He goes on every patrol he can possibly go on, and fights his hardest in every battle. To Laz, the pack law is merely loose suggestions, and regardless of what it tells him, he will always do what is best for his pack. Laz enjoys making jokes and he does his best to lighten up the days of his packmates by trying to get a laugh out of them, which sometimes gets him in trouble with the elders. Besides that, he is a fierce fighter, like the wild wolf itself, and he has a deep-rooted mistrust of anyone who is not in his pack, making it hard for him venture into unknown territory without his fur bristling. Laz was the first pup born in the pack, but his mother was a loner and she decided pack life wasn't for her. After weaning Laz, she left him in the care of the pack, hoping for a better life for her son.

Age has decayed her once sharp wits. While she is still fiercely intelligent, her memory is slipping and she is beginning to forget her remedies and such. She often confuses the names of her packmates and she is haunted by disturbing dreams from her past. Besides that, Featherleaf is an agreeable, friendly dog who loves her life and her pack. She is a bit strange though. She mutters under her breath a lot, about prophecies, dreams, remedies, or just random babble. Feather joined the EF Pack quite recently, but Darthyn immediately gave her the position of healer because of her immense knowledge of herbs and remedies.

Red is a fiercely loyal dog, and he is extremely protective. Sometimes it is a bit overbearing, especially for his sister, Ginger. When the two were very young, their mother died after being hit by a car (back when humans still roamed the town); as she lay dying, she made Red promise that he would keep Ginger safe. So Red believes that it is his duty to protect and care for Ginger, even though the female is more than old enough to care for herself. Red tends to baby Ginger, but he only does it out of love. It's not that he thinks she is incapable of caring for herself, it's just that he could not bear to see her get hurt. As for his pack life, Red is a very loyal member of the EF Pack. He is one of the pack's best hunters, because of his sheer size. He is not as fast as his sister Ginger, but he uses brute strength to maul his enemies and prey. Red has a good heart, and he hates having to fight other dogs, but he knows that it is his duty to protect and serve his pack and his family. Red is very passionate and determined. When he loves someone, he would literally stop at nothing to make them happy and to keep them safe. He will make someone a perfect, devoted mate some day. Ginger and Red were orphaned at a very young age and came to live with Darthyn's small band of dogs way before they had formed into the Evergreen Forest Pack. Back when they were just a bunch of stray dogs living on the edges of society, feeding off scraps and small prey. The pack officially formed a few years before the humans disappeared, although it had always been a pack; now they just had a name to call themselves. As the pack began recruiting members, Ginger and Red stayed close to Darthyn's side, settling themselves in his inner circle of trusted friends. Now that the pack is larger and growing steadily every day, Darthyn relies on his inner circle more than ever, giving Ginger and Red very important parts in the pack.

Ginger is a fiercely independent dog, forever trying to break free of her brother's protective behavior. she feels that Red shelters her too much, and she doesn't get a chance to try her strengths. Ginger is not a shy dog, so she constantly reminds Red to back off and let her live her life, instead of making her hide behind him for the rest of her days. Despite her brother's attempts to keep her out of harm's way, Ginger has learned to be a very skilled fighter, using her speed and agility to tire out her opponents and prey. Though she sometimes speaks harshly to Red, Ginger is a very sweet, caring dog, and all she wants in life is to be her own self and live her own life. She understands that Red only acts the way he does out of love, but sometimes she gets frustrated at him and lashes out with angry words, though she always apologizes to him for hurting his feelings, which is so easily done. Ginger and Red were orphaned at a very young age and came to live with Darthyn's small band of dogs way before they had formed into the Evergreen Forest Pack. Briar is an extremely cunning and intelligent individual. When threatened, she uses her brain more than her brawn to lure her victims to their defeat. While she looks like a pure-bred princess, Briar is a hard-knock. Living with humans has not made her soft or pathetic like most housepets. She is a seasoned fighter, having had to fight the multitude of dogs owned by her human just to get food. She joined the Central Urban pack when it was fairly new, making her one of the first members of the pack. Because of this, and despite her trust issues, she and the alphas have a mutual bond and trust each other implicitly.

This dog is as unlike his rival Darthyn as is possible. Where Darthyn rules his pack with an iron fist (paw?), this dog commands respect with his soft-spoken wisdom and kindness to all. He is always willing to take in strays and loners, regardless of who they are or what they look like, whereas Darthyn can be a bit more selective about his pack members. Because of his large size and threatening appearance, this dog merely has to speak a command, and his entire pack bows to his will. Some have questioned his practices, criticizing him for being weak, but it is evident that his pack respects him greatly, and under his bright blue watchful eye, the pack he has formed is growing steadily stronger and larger by the day. He is gentle and caring, especially with pups and females, but if his pack or loved ones are threatened, he becomes a fierce fighter, willing to lay down his life to defend the ones he loves. He is the founding father of the Central Urban Pack.

Syrah is a winter goddess. She is quite well adapted to the freezing climate of Harlow Heights, Alaska. Despite her beauty, Syrah is a fierce warrior. The dogs of her pack affectionately referring to her as the Warrior Queen. Where her mate is calm and soft-spoken, Syrah is outgoing and vivacious, often acting before she thinks. She is a bit impulsive, but very passionate about everything she does. Every decision she makes, she backs up with a blazing passion and loves to argue her opinion.

Cori is a tomboy. She is rarely seen without a fine coat of dirt over her fur. She loves to hunt and explore, and she is very curious about the world around her, leading her to get into more trouble than most dogs. she is very quick-thinking and intelligent, and her most useful quality is her inventiveness. it was her idea to use the old furniture store as the pack's main camp, because of the soft cushions and beds to lie on. She has been with the pack since its inception a little over a year ago. Even though Cori is not the most beautiful female, she is a valued pack member. She hates her full name, Corianne, and insists upon being called Cori.

Nero is one of the alpha's right hand dogs. He is a skilled fighter and hunter, and with his help, the newer members of the pack are being trained to live the feral life. He is in charge of training these new members out of their housepet pasts and teaching them the skills they need to be successful pack members, skills like hunting, scouting, and fighting. His overall personality is up to his player.

here is my role play sample:

hot. every summer was always the same: never anything less than hot. even when it was raining, like on this day, it was hot. there was nothing you could do to not be hot, either. you just had to deal with it. well, you could find a cold source of water and go swimming in it, but those were slightly rare when it came to the city. that is one reason why one might find themself in the rural areas of town, looking for a place that has hardly been touched by humans. of course, a place like that is hard to find anymore, but those places are out there. one animal in particular was looking for a place to rest for a while. she was a young dog of about four years named enemy territory, or e.t. for short.

she was a lovely border collie with unusual markings flawing her white fur. of course, she adored her markings because they made her unique, but sometimes she wished that she had been born with the normal markings of a border collie. the female trotted through the lands, sticking to the side of the road and heading away from the town. rain splattered against her thin form, making her fur stick to her, irritating her second personality named gigi. "get out of the rain you retard. we're getting drenched."the female spoke out loud, but it was in a different voice than her own. the voice was darker, holdng more evil in it than her regular voice. it was gigi talking, and one just passing by would probably look at enemy territory as if she was insane. of course, she probably was, but she would never admit that.

"what do you think I'm trying to do? there has been no shelter for miles, so you're going to have to deal with the rain." the female's sweet, normal voice said, slightly angered at gigi for commanding her to do something that she was already trying to do. shaking out her coat, the female continued to trot along, rain still pouring from the sky. behind her, she could hear the sounds of an approaching vehicle, and she moved away from the road slightly to avoid being hit. it was only a few moments later that the car flew past, sending water dumping down onto the canine. "perfect... and who's idea was it to stay along the road? oh that's right... your's." enemy territory just rolled her eyes at gigi and continued following the road, her ears flat against her head.

she had been following the road a for a few miles now, heading away from the city to avoid the humans as much as possible, but that had probably only gotten her into a more difficult situation. after about a mile or so of travel, she had realized that there was absolutely nothing out in the rural parts of town. there was nothing to use as shelter, not really anything to see, and there surely wasn't anything to do. the only thins that were there were the trees that stretched into endless amounts of forests, but that would do nothing for the she-dog. sighing, enemy territory began to rethink her idea of following the road out into the rural areas, realizing that it would offer her nothing.

It was a warm spring day. There was a slight breeze that rustled through the dense green pine forests. The sun was straight over head. It shined down upon the land creating streaks of light that could make it through the trees. Prey was starting to flourish because they had food now with the newly arrived spring. The wolves of the Blackmoon pack were happy that they would be able to finally make some easy and successful kills. No longer would the wolves be going to bed unsatisfied, their stomachs growling. There winter struggles were over. At least, for a little while.

The Blackmoon Warrior, Maia, ran around the edge of the dense pine forests looking for any loner wolves. It wasn't necessarily her job to watch out for the loners though it was her job to fight for the pack and she felt like watching out for wolves that may put the pack in any danger was part of her job. Plus, she could likely get an advantage over a wolf if she spotted them first before they spotted the pack. As she ran, she held her head high, showing off her pride. Her paws moved swiftly through the grass brush almost silently. She was nearly impossible to hear unless you were right next to her. The she wolf had, had plenty of practice making her runs silent.

Maia's eyes darted from side to side. Always looking out for any wolves or anything suspiciously. Her silver eyes would gleam anytime she ran through a streak of light. The silver line on her back was showing and you could see the silver tone in her paws. The sun light shone off her bright white fang-like teeth and her sharp claws. The she wolf came to a sudden stop hen she heard something rustling in the grass not too far away. She crouched down, hidden by the surrounding brush, and waited for what ever was there to show itself. Within a minute a doe and her fawn leaped out of grass. Maia rolled her eyes and charged at the deer. She watched the go running into the woods and she snarled. "Stupid animals! How dare you waste my time!" She should have grabbed the fawn but, luckily for the deer, she wasn't in the mood for a hunt.

The black warrior shook her head disgusted with the animals and picked back up into a run. She continued watching out for wolves but not as much as she was before. She was now really only running for the exercise and because she just liked to. She grinned to herself and picked up into a fast paced sprint. For the first time in a while, she let her self slip away from reality and she was only focused on her running. It had been a long while since she had, had a good, hard core, solo run and she was enjoying it.
