Name: Chimera
Gender: Female, In-tact
Age: 4
Breed: Shiloh Shepherd
Stray or Domestic: Domestic
Personality: Chimera was named after a monster in the Iliad, written by Homer. And how write they were to name her after a monster. No, Chimera was not incredibly mean and hateful. No, she didn't attack everything she saw. She wasn't even remotely mean. Nor was she remotely nice. She was nothing inside. No one knows why Chimera felt nothing for anyone, but this was how it is. She didn't love her parents, she didn't love her siblings. She didn't even love her owners. They didn't know what to do with her, and so the original idea was to use Chimera as a breeder. She was perfect for it, her attitude made it so. She didn't care what touched her, although sometimes she lashed out if you made her mad. She didn't really care about anything, so why should she care about a male on her back and puppies in her womb? Oh how wrong they were.
History: She was born to be a pet, and later planned to be a brood bitch. No one ever took into account her natural abilities, though. I get ahead of myself. Chimera was born into a loving family, ironic how she turned out, isn't it? She was the first to open her eyes, the first to walk around, the first to bite the hand that fed her. She did everything first, though she was the last born. No one could understand her, though. She was not the first to show emotion, however. She would have been the last, had she ever showed anything. But no, emotions and feelings were not for Chimera. It wasn't that she held them back, it was that she just didn't feel them. When she reached three they decided it was time to breed her, because she wasn't too much of a pet for their children. When they brought in the male though…that was when she showed emotion. Who would've known such a cold female would react so horribly to one male. She attacked with such viciousness that they were scared for their own lives, as well as the males. When they finally pulled her off of him, they knew better than to use her as a breeder. She was to become the guard dog, seeing as she was capable at attacking anything that didn't belong. She proved her metal, though. Whenever a stranger came, invited or not, she was on defensive. They had to tackle her to keep her off the visitors if she hadn't met them before. Dogs weren't safe on her territory either, she was vicious.
