Name: Sable
Age: Three
Gender: Female
Breed: Newfoundland x Chow (weighs about 100 lbs)
Personality: Tess is a very unpredictable dog. She shows such passion and intensity in everything that she does. If her thoughts or views are challenged, she'll get violent. If her friends or family is threatened, she will rip the perpetrator to shreds. She's an extremely stubborn dog, but she gets things done. She does have a fun-loving and playful side, but it is only reserved for those who have gained her trust and friendship. She is an extremely loyal dog and a firm believer, which caused her to starve for a week waiting for her owners to come home, but she hates being ordered around. Tess is a headstrong dog who always strives to do what she thinks is right, whether someone tries to stop her or not. Most of the time she eventually wins, though, mainly because of her sheer size and strength. She now suffers from slight abandonment issues and, even though she won't admit it, she deeply longs for someone to love her again.
History: She had the perfect life. Living in the suburbs with her family, an elderly man and his twenty-something daughter was just wonderful. The girl would take her running every day and she'd sit by the fire with the man every night while he smoked his pipe. They were her world, and she was adored by them. But one day, they vanished. Not knowing where they were or why they had left, Tess, being the fiercely loyal animal she is, she waited in the house for seven grueling days, unable to feed herself (the food was in the garage), and having to drink from the toilet to survive (most dogs wouldn't complain). When the seventh day came, Tess resigned in her hopes and realized that they weren't coming back. So she smashed a window and made a break for freedom, only to find out the every single human in Harlow had gone. By the time she met Nava, he had already recruited Cody, Draegan, and Iris. But the thought of having a family to love again was too good to pass up. Tess followed Nava, ignoring her dislike of being ordered around, because being loved and being able to love again was more than she could ever hope for.
