Unless adopted, when someone leaves, do the chars they made go up for adoption or can they have them completely deleted?

And anyways, I think they would normally go up or adoption unless otherwise specified by the origional player.

Since I adopted monster you guys can have him back.
Which I'm sure ya'll were going to anyway lol.
The others I want deleted.
I already deleted their pro's so.
Shouldn't be too much of a problem.
